Anchovy Butter

Ingredients
  Unsalted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Method Cream butter on a plate with a metal spatula.
Crush or pound anchovies in a mortar and pestle, or a small bowl, and work in butter with pepper and enough anchovy paste to ac- cent the flavor and give a delicate pink color.
Shape and chill before serving.
