Dill Salmon Steaks
|Salmon steaks||4 (fresh or frozen)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Instant onion||2 Teaspoon, minced|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon peel||1 Teaspoon, grated|
|Dill weed||1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried|
Thaw frozen fish.
Place in greased baking dish.
Combine lemon juice and onion; sprinkle over fish.
Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and dash pepper.
Bake, uncovered, at 350Â° till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, about 20 minutes.
Remove from oven; spread sour cream over salmon.
Sprinkle with lemon peel and dill.
Bake 3 minutes longer.
Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
