Blue Cheese-Sauced Fish
|Frozen halibut steaks/Other fish steaks||24 Ounce|
|Condensed cream of celery soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Partially thaw fish.
Cut into 4 or 5 portions.
Place in 11x7x11/2-inch baking pan.
In saucepan combine soup and lemon juice; heat till bubbly.
Blend in sour cream and cheese; cook over low heat till heated.
Pour over fish.
Bake, uncovered, at 375Â° till fish flakes when tested with a fork, about 30 minutes.
