Charcoaled Halibut Steaks
Use 5 or 6 fresh or frozen halibut steaks.
Thaw frozen steaks.
Combine 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Place fish on greased grill or in well-greased wire broiler basket.
Brush with butter.
Grill over medium-hot coals for 5 to 8 minutes.
Turn and baste with remaining butter.
Grill till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 5 to 8 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve with Cucumber Sauce , if desired.
