Lemon-Topped Fish Portions

|Frozen fried breaded fish portions||8|
|Grated lemon peel||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped salted peanuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place fish portions in a greased, shallow baking pan or on broiler pan.
Combine butter, lemon peel, and lemon juice; drizzle over fish portions.
Broil according to package directions.
Sprinkle each portion with nuts.
Broil about 1 minute longer.
