Marinated Salmon Steaks
|Teriyaki or fennel marinade||(as required)|
|Salmon steaks||4 (about 2-1/4 lb/1.25 kg total)|
Arrange salmon in shallow dish; pour marinade over.
Cover and marinate for 30 minutes at room temperature or 1 hour in refrigerator, turning once.
Place fish on greased grill over medium-hot coals or medium-high setting; grill, turning once, for 10 minutes per inch (2.5 cm) of thickness or until fish is opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork.
