This perfect summer time meal is easy to make and perfect with a cold beer!
Olive oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
Green onion | 2 , chopped | |
Garlic | 4 Clove (20 gm) , minced (or 2 large cloves) | |
Lime | 2 Large , juiced | |
Paprika | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Cumin | 1 Teaspoon | |

Swordfish steak | 1 Large | |

Mango salsa | 2 Tablespoon | |

GETTING READY
1. In a bowl or wide mouthed dish add olive oil, green onions, garlic, lime juice, paprika, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix well till combined.
2. Put the sword fish fillet in it and coat all the sides well by rolling it in the marinade. Let it sit for 30 minutes (not more).
3. Prepare the grill.

4. Place the marinated fish steak on direct heat and sear it for around 3 minutes on each side. Transfer onto the indirect heat, cover and continue to cook for another 8 minutes.
5. Grill green onions for garnish.
SERVING
6. In a serving plate, place the grilled fish. Top it with mango salsa and serve with grilled green onions and beer.
