Baked Stuffed Fish
|Haddock fillets||6 Medium, fresh or frozen|
|Chopped onions||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thyme/Sage or savory||1 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||To Taste|
If using frozen fish, thaw.
For stuffing, brown onion and celery in butter or margarine.
Add bread crumbs, salt, few grains pepper and thyme, and moisten with a little milk.
Place heaping spoonful of stuffing on each fillet; roll fillet and secure with skewer.
Brush with lemon juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in greased shallow pan, uncovered, at 375 Ã‚Â°F. 30Ã¢â‚¬â€ 40 minutes or until tender.
