Baked Stuffed Fish

Ingredients
  Haddock fillets 6 Medium, fresh or frozen
  Chopped onions 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter/Margerine 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Thyme/Sage or savory 1 Teaspoon
  Milk To Taste
  Lemon juice To Taste
Directions

If using frozen fish, thaw.
For stuffing, brown onion and celery in butter or margarine.
Add bread crumbs, salt, few grains pepper and thyme, and moisten with a little milk.
Place heaping spoonful of stuffing on each fillet; roll fillet and secure with skewer.
Brush with lemon juice, and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Bake in greased shallow pan, uncovered, at 375 °F. 30— 40 minutes or until tender.
