How to Make a Spicy Mediterranean Corvina Vera Cruz roasted in a foil packed on the grill.
Ingredients
  Fish fillets 2 Medium
  Tomatoes 1 Medium, chop
  Green onions 1 Cup (16 tbs), chop
  Jalapenos 1 Medium, chop
  Capers 1 Tablespoon
  Green olives 1 Cup (16 tbs), slice
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Pepper 1 Pinch
  Herb blend 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Place the fish fillet in between an aluminium foil.
2. Add the tomatoes, capers, green olives, jalapenos, green onions.
3. Season with lemon juice, herb blend salt and pepper and roll the aluminium foil closed.
4. Alternatively, you can grill the fish wrapped in aluminium foil in a hot grill for 20 minutes.

SERVING:
5. Plate and serve hot.
