|Flaked cooked fish||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Beat egg whites until stiff, and fold into mixture.
Add lemon juice and seasonings.
Place in greased 4-cup mold, and steam 1 hour.
Serve with cream sauce spiked with dash of Worcestershire sauce.
