Homemade Batter For Fried Fish

Ingredients
  Fat 2 Cup (32 tbs) (for deep frying)
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 3 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 2 , beaten
Directions

Mix and sift dry ingredients.
Add milk to eggs.
Pour liquid into dry mixture, and beat until smooth.
Dip fish pieces into this mixture, and fry in deep fat until golden brown.
