Ingredients
  Opah steak 3⁄4 Pound
  Puff pastry sheet 1
  Corn starch 1 Teaspoon
  Egg wash 1 Tablespoon (Egg and Water)
  Button mushroom 1 Cup (16 tbs), quartered
  Salt 1 Teaspoon (to taste)
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon (to taste)
  Lemon grass 1 Teaspoon, minced
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Curry cauliflower sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions 1 Teaspoon, thinly sliced
  Carrot slaw 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (dressed with chili oil)
Directions

GUIDE TO GETTING READY
1.You will need to preheat the oven to 425 F.

MAKING
FOR THE BAKED FISH WELLINGTON
2.Sear the opah steak for 15 minutes until it is browned and cooked medium rare.
3.Unroll the puff pastry sheet on the counter.
4.Dust with corn starch and lightly work on the puff pastry with a rolling pin.
5.Place the seared opah steak in the middle.
6.Lightly brush the egg wash along the edges of the puff pastry.
7.Wrap the puff pastry sheet over the opah steak and press the edges to seal.
8.Cut off the excess dough and crimp the edges with a fork.
9.Place it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes.

FOR THE SAUTEED MUSHROOMS
10.Heat a pan, and drop the mushrooms in it.
11.Season with salt and pepper.
12.Add olive oil to it and sauté well.
13.Finish off with finely chopped lemon grass.

FINALIZATION
14.On a plate, spoon in the saluted mushrooms.
15.Place the baked opah Wellington on it.
16.Spoon in the curry cauliflower sauce on top.

SERVING
17.Sprinkle sliced green onions and top with the carrot slaw and serve.
