Crispy Fish Batter

This delicious fish batter is incredibly easy to make and turns out really light and crispy! It coats the fish really well! This recipe can easily be doubled or even tripled. It's also a great batter for homemade onion rings, chicken, shrimp, veggies or even mozzarella sticks!
Ingredients
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Corn starch 2 Tablespoon
  Baking soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Seasoning salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Fish fillet 1 Medium
Directions

MAKING
1. In a sifter, add the all purpose flour, corn starch, baking soda, baking powder, seasoning salt and the garlic powder. Sift them together.
2. Next pour in the water and mix until well combined.
3. Dredge the fish in the batter until well coated.
5. Deep fry the fish.

SERVING
5. Serve hot.

TIPS
The same batter can be used for homemade onion rings, chicken, shrimp, veggies or even mozzarella sticks.
