Ingredients
  Smoked haddock 2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped green peppers 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Light cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Finely chopped pimento 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Soak haddock in cold water for 1 hour; drain.
Cover with water in skillet; simmer for 30 minutes.
Drain well; flake.
Cook onion and green pepper in butter for 5 minutes or until tender.
Add salt, paprika, cay- enne pepper and flour; stir until blended.
Add cream gradually; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Add haddock and pimento; simmer until heated through.
Serve over toast or in potato nests.
