Ingredients
  Mackerel fillets 2 Pound
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Arrange mackerel in greased baking dish.
Cover with milk; dot with butter.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
