|Fat||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Whitefish fillets||2 Pound|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), blanched|
|Parsley||2 Tablespoon, chopped|
Cut fillets into serving portions.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper; roll in flour.
Fry in small amount of hot fat over medium heat for 10 minutes or until browned; turn once.
Remove fillets to hot platter.
Saute almonds in pan drippings until lightly browned; add parsley.
Serve over fish.
