Baked Sardines

Ingredients
  Eggs 3
  Sardines 1 Can (10 oz)
  Bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Melted butter 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1
  Celery stalks 3
  Onions 2 Medium
  Green pepper To Taste
  Minced parsley 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat egg yolks until light; add sardines, bread crumbs, butter, lemon juice, salt, pepper, celery, onions, green pepper and parsley.
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form; add to sardine mixture.
Place in greased baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
