Fried Herring Roes
|All purpose flour||1 Ounce|
|Fat||1 Tablespoon (For frying)|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon (for garnish)|
1) Wash the roes under running water and dry them.
2 )In a bowl, toss them in well-seasoned flour.
3) In a pan, melt fat and fry roe until pale golden brown.
4) Put them in a serving plate and garnish with parsley and serve hot with toast.
