Ingredients
For dressing corn oil-3 tablespoons
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon (Leveled)
For the salad:
  Cooked rice 12 Ounce
  Canned tuna fish 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Cooked peas 4 Ounce
  Red pepper 1 , chopped
  Gherkins 3 , sliced
  Sliced olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (A Handful Of Green And Black Variety)
  Anchovy fillets 8
Directions

MAKING
1) In a screw top jar, mix all the ingredients for the dressing in a screw top jar and shake well. Chill it.
2) In a large bowl, mix together cooked rice, flaked tuna fish, cooked peas, pepper, gherkins and olives.
3) Add and toss the dressing in the salad bowl.

SERVING
4) Garnish the salad with the anchovy fillets and serve with an accompanying green salad.
