Fish Tartare With Capers, Lemon, And Shallots

Ingredients
  Fresh tuna/Halibut /salmon 12 Ounce
  Capers 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon, drained, rinsed, and chopped
  Shallot 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Chervil 2 Teaspoon, finely chopped
  Kosher salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh black pepper To Taste (few grinds)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by checking the fish, check for bones, take asharp knife to cut away any dark fat from the fish, also cut the fish into thin strips about 1/8 inch across, and later cut the strips into fine dice
2. Take a large sharp knife, and with the help of it mince the fish until it is smooth and even but not a paste

MAKING
3. In a bowl, place the fish along with the capers, shallot, olive oil, lemon juice, and chervil, and finally season to taste with salt and pepper
4. Cover it and chill it in the regrigerator for 1 hour before serving

SERVING
5. Serve with caper sauce
