Sweet And Sour Fish

Ingredients
  Halibut fillets/Haddock fillets 3 Pound
  Peanut oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lime 2 , juiced
  Soy sauce 3 Tablespoon
  Shrimp 1 Pound
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by thawing the fish in the refrigerator then cut the fillets or thawed blocks into 1-inch cubes also peel the shrimps

MAKING
2. In a bowl, combine the next 3 ingredeints and pour over the fillets
3. Take a skewer, and pierce the fish cubes into it along with shrimp in an alternate method
4. Grill it
5. Reserve marinade for basting

SERVING
6. Serve with sweet and sour vegetable skewers, sweet and sour sauce and steamed rice
