Grilled Whole Fish

Ingredients
  Whole fish 2 Pound (1 Number)
  Scallions 2 , minced
  Ginger root slices 2 , minced
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry/Sake 1 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil/Peanut oil 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by cleaning and scalding the fish, then remove the fins
2. Also slash the thickes part of the fish on both sides
MAKING
3. In a bowl, combine all the ingredeints and rub it on the fish
4. Allow the marinated fish to stand for 30 minutes
5. Then oil the grill and heat it over the coals, so that the fish doesn't stick while grilling
6. Now grill the fish

SERVING
7. Serve with a sauce of your choice (tartar sauce, mint sauce, tomato sauce or serve with salads or garlic bread
