Broiled Fish Fillets Piquant

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Minced onion 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon (Use Whole)
  Ground savory 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen perch fillets 1 Pound, thawed (1 Package)
  Minced fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Lightly grease a 11- x 7- x 2-inch shallow baking pan.

MAKING
2 In a bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients.
3 Stir well.
4 In the prepared baking pan, arrange the fish.
5 Spoon half of the butter mixture over fish.
6 Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
7 Transfer to a serving platter.
8 Pour the remaining butter mixture on the fish.

SERVING
9 Serve sprinkled with parsley.
