Fish Fillets Almandine

Ingredients
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Fish 1 1⁄2 Pound (6 Serving Dish)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , cut into thin wedges
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In microwave, toast the almonds.

MAKING
2) Take a 10" glass skillet and melt butter (high) for 30 seconds in it.
3) Coat fillets in butter; arrange around outside of dish.
4) Sprinkle lemon juice, toasted almonds and paprika over the fillets.
5) Cover the dish, Microwave (high) for 6-8 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking.
6) Let the covered dish rest for 5 minutes.

SERVING
7) Serve the hot fish fillets with lemon wedges.
