Low Fat Sardine Salad

Ingredients
  Canned sardines in tomato sauce 7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Lettuce 4 Ounce
  Low fat creamed cottage cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 Fillet the sardines.
2 On a lettuce-lined plate, arrange the sardine fillets
3 Add a scoop of cottage cheese.

SERVING
4 Serve garnished with lemon wedges and parsley (optional)
