Sauteed Shad Roe
|Unsalted butter||3 Tablespoon|
1) Wash roe.
2) In a skillet, cover the roe with water and parboil for 5 minutes.
4) Wipe out skillet and melt butter in it.
5) Saute roe on both sides in hot butter over medium heat for about 10 minutes, until roe is golden brown on both sides.
6) Serve the dish as appetizer.
