Baked Fish Steaks A La Crecy

Ingredients
  Halibut steaks 1 Pound (1 Inch Thick)
  Fresh lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
  Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Plain low-fat yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Shredded carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Shredded cucumber 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), peeled and well drained
  Sliced green onion 1 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Seasoned salt 1 Dash
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven to 450°.

MAKING
2) Put the fish on an aluminium foil and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the lemon juice, and salt and paprika to taste. Add margarine to it.
3) Seal the foil and put it on a baking sheet. Bake it for 12-15 minutes until fish is flaky.
4) To make sauce, in a bowl mix yogurt, carrot, cucumber, green onion, lemon peel, salt, and remaining lemon juice.

SERVING
5) Serve the fish with the sauce and garnish it with red pepper and lemon wedges.
