Baked Fish Steaks a La Crecy
|Halibut steaks||1 Pound (1 Inch Thick)|
|Fresh lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Plain low-fat yogurt||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded carrot||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded cucumber||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), peeled and well drained|
|Sliced green onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Grated lemon peel||1 Teaspoon|
|Seasoned salt||1 Dash|
1) Preheat oven to 450°.
2) Put the fish on an aluminium foil and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of the lemon juice, and salt and paprika to taste. Add margarine to it.
3) Seal the foil and put it on a baking sheet. Bake it for 12-15 minutes until fish is flaky.
4) To make sauce, in a bowl mix yogurt, carrot, cucumber, green onion, lemon peel, salt, and remaining lemon juice.
5) Serve the fish with the sauce and garnish it with red pepper and lemon wedges.
