Bonnie's Baked Fish
|Fish fillets||1 Pound (fresh / frozen, thawed)|
|Melted margarine||1 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried thyme leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon||1 , cut into wedges or slices|
1) Preheat oven to 350° F.
2) Take an 8-9 inch square baking dish and place the fish fillets in it.
3) Take a small bowl and combine together mustard, margarine, salt and thyme in it.
4) Spread the mustard mixture over fish. Cover dish with foil and bake for about 20-30 minutes or until fish begins to flake easily with a fork.
5) Serve immediately.
