Shrimp Stuffed Tilefish

Ingredients
  Tilefish 1 1⁄2 Pound, butterfly cut
  Shrimp 1⁄4 Pound, deveined
  Havarti cheese/Swiss cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated
  Green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sliced (including tops)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dill 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , sliced (optional)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 425° F
2. If you cannot find butterfly cut, slice the thick fillets almost all the way though

MAKING
3. Arrange fish in a greased, glass baking dish
4. Mix the shrimp, cheese, onions, salt, dill and mayonnaise together and divide mixture among fillets and stuff
5. Secure closed with wooden toothpicks, only if needed
6. Mix butter and lemon juice together and pour over fillets
7. Bake at 425° F for 10 minutes per inch of thickness

SERVING
8.If desired, garnish with lemon slices and parsley
