Flounder In Cheese Sauce
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Milk||7 Cup (112 tbs) (Hot)|
|Lemon juice||3⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Shredded cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flounder fillets||2 Pound|
Combine flour, salt, nutmeg and mustard with butter in saucepan over low heat; stir in milk gradually.
Simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.
Blend in lemon juice and cheese; stir until cheese is melted.
Arrange fillets in shallow baking dish; pour sauce over fillets.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min- utes.
