Broiled Salmon Steaks

Ingredients
  Salmon steak 6 Medium
  Olive oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Dill weed 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), crushed
  Fine dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Tomato slices 6 Large
  Fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Place salmon on a well greased broiler pan
2. Combine 1/3 cup live oil, parsley, dill weed, salt, garlic and bread crumbs, mix well and set aside
3. Melt butter, stir in 1-1/2 tablespoon olive oil, and brush half over salmon steaks
4. Broil 4" from heat fpr 4 minutes or longer or until fish barely begins to flake
5. Cover witht omato slices
6. Pack bread mixture on top and broil until lightly browned, about 1-2 minutes

SERVING
7. Serve with salads, lemon wedges or a sauce of your choice
