Basic Poached Fish

Ingredients
  Fish fillets/Steaks 2 Pound
  Water/Broth 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wrap fish in cheescloth

MAKING
2. Place fish in single layer in poacher or large pan
3. Add liquid just to cover fish also add salt and seasoning to it
4. Boil over medium heat and then turn down heat to a lower simmer
5. Cook for 10 minutes as per inch of thickness

SERVING
6. Can be served with a sauce of your choice
