Broiled Mahimahi

Ingredients
  Mahi mahi steak 1⁄2 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, minced
Directions

MAKING
1. Pat steaks dry with paper towels
2. Place in greased baking dish in single layer
3. Melt butter, add garlic and saute until limp
5. Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce and lemon juice
6. Pour over steaks and allow to marinate at least 15 minutes, longer if desired
8. Broil four inches from heat, turning once, until fish just begins to flake. Cooking time should be 10 minutes per inch of thickness or about 4 to 5 minutes on each side depending upon thickness of steaks
9. Garnish with parsley

SERVING
10. Serve with a sauce of your choice
11. Serve with salads too
