Glassblower's Herring Sweden

Ingredients
  Canned carrots 1 Pound, sliced, and drained (1 can)
  Red onion 1 Large, sliced
  Herring in wine sauce 24 Ounce (3 jars, 8 ounces each)
  Chives 2 Tablespoon, freeze-dried
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, add onions, carrots, sauce, herring, chives and toss the ingredients to mix.
2. Chill for few hours allowing the flavors to blend properly.

SERVING
3. Serve the Glassblowers Herring Sweden with side dishes like sliced radishes, sieved hard-cooked eggs, and dairy sour cream in separate dishes.
