Northwoods Muskie

Ingredients
  Muskellunge fillets/Any member of the pike family 6
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Light cream 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (enough to cover fish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 425° F

MAKING
2. Arrange fillets in a single layer in a greased baking dish add salt and pepper to taste
3. Pour melted butter and cream over fish and bake at 425° F 10 minutes per inch of thickness

SERVING
4. Serve with a sauce of your choice
