Basic Baked Fish

Ingredients
  Fish 4 Pound, dressed (1 In Number)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 425° F to 450° F

MAKING
2. Place the fish in the buttered baking dish
3. Sprinkle salt and pepper
4. Bake at 425 to 450 F for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, and baste it twice with drippings

SERVING
5. Serve with rice or baked potatoes
