Different Fried Fish
|Dressed fish||2 Pound (Whole Small Fillets Or Steaks From Larger Fish)|
|Prepared biscuit mix||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shortening/Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1) In a bowl, beat the egg with water.
2) In another bowl, combine the biscuit mix with ketchup; blend thoroughly.
3) In a heavy skillet, fry the fish in shortnening over a low heat until golden brown on both sides.
4) Garnish the Different Fried Fish with lemon and parsley and serve immediately.
