Basic Oven Fried Fish

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 2 Pound
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry breadcrumbs/Cracker crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat the oven to 500° F
2. Cut the fillets into serving portions

MAKING
3. Add salt to milk, and dip fillets into milk and then into crumbs
4. Place fillets in a single layer in a buttered baking dish
5. Then drizzle butter evenly over fillets
6. Bake at 500° F for 10 minutes per inch of thickness and baste lean fish after 5 minutes

SERVING
7. Can be served with a sauce of your choice
