This Pan Fried Fish Fillets has always been my personal favorite, ever since I first had it at my graduation farewell. Here's a rather simple recipe for Pan Fried Fish Fillets for you to try and do let me know how it turns out for you!
  Frozen fish fillets 1
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)

Let fillets thaw on refrigerator shelf.
Separate fillets.
Mix together flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
Turn out mixture onto a piece of waxed paper.
Dip each fillet into the flour mixture to coat both sides.
Melt butter or margarine in a frying pan.
Add fillets, and cook about 5 to 8 minutes or until golden brown and fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
