Basic Deep Fat Fried Fish

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1⁄3 Pound (Per Serving Any Fritter Or Batter)
  Vegetable oil/Peanut oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Deep Frying)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oil to 375° F
2. Cut fish into small pieces and dry them well

MAKING
3. Dip in batter and fry in oil heat to 375° F 10 minutes per inch of thickness

SERVING
4. Serve with a sauce of your choice
