Deviled Fish Sticks
|Worcestershire sauce||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Fish sticks||200 Gram (2 packages)|
|Soft butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Combine butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, Tabasco, onion and parsley.
(Mixture will not be com- pletely blended.) Place fish sticks close together in broiler pan; spread with butter mixture.
Broil, 4 inches from heat, about 7 to 8 minutes or until golden and done.
Or bake in hot oven (450°F) 12 to 15 minutes.
