Anchovy Butter Sauce

Ingredients
Butter or margarine - 1/4 cup
Parsley - 1 tablespoon snipped
Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
Anchovy paste - 2 teaspoons
Prepared mustard - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/4 teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat butter until melted.
2.Stir in parsley, lemon juice, anchovy paste, prepared mustard and sugar.
3.Blend the mixture well.

SERVING
4.Serve hot with broiled fish.
