|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Crisco||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. In a shallow bowl, place the flour and the salt and mix well
2. In another bowl, tip in the egg and the water
3. Dip the fish into the flour mixture, then the egg mixture and finally in the crumbs
4. In the skillet, fry the fish in hot Crisco on both sides till tender and golden. This will take 20 minutes.
5. Serve hot
