Fish Tartar

Ingredients
  White fish fillet 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Fish stock 6 Fluid Ounce
  Hot tartare sauce 1⁄4 Pint
Directions

GETTING RADY
1. Cut, clean and add a sprinkling of salt and pepper on the fillets.
2. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
3. Fold each fillet in two with the skinned or cut side inside.
4. Place in a shallow tin or fireproof dish; add the fish stock and cover with a piece of greased paper.
5. Bake in the middle of an oven for 15- 20 minutes
as per the thickness of the fish.
6. Once done drain the fillets and apply a coating of Tartare sauce.

SERVING
7.Serve warm.
