|White fish fillet||1 Pound|
|Muscatel raisins||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Almonds||1⁄2 Ounce, chopped|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 (For Coating)|
|Breadcrumbs||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Coating)|
|Parsley leaves||3 Tablespoon (For Frying)|
1.Trim the fish fillets and clean them.
2.Stone and chop almonds and raisins.
3.Add a sprinkling of salt, pepper and lemon juice on each fillet.
4.Apply a little chutney on each fillet.
5.Add a sprinkling of chopped almonds and raisins on chutney and coat the fillets with ot.
6.Coat the fillets with egg and then with breadcrumbs.
7.Heat the fat and fry the fillets in it until golden.
8.Serve in a circular shape in a platter with parsley in the center.
