Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 Pound (Any White Fish)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
For maitre d'hotel sauce:
  Butter 4 Ounce
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Lemon juice 3 Drop
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Remove the fillet skin and cut them in equal pieces.
2.Wipe the pieces using a clean cloth.
3.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

MAKING
4.Add a sprinkling of salt, pepper and lemon juice on each fillet and fold each fillet in two by placing the skinned or cut side inside.
5.Take a shallow tin or fireproof dish, place the fillets on it covered with a stock and then with a greased paper sheet.
6.Bake the dish by placing it at the middle of the oven for 15- 20 minutes.
7.Once flaky, drain the fillets.

SERVING
8.Serve with Maitre d Hotel sauce.
