Anchovy Butter

Ingredients
  Butter 4 Ounce, softened (100 g)
  Anchovy essence 2 Teaspoon (10 ml)
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, put the butter and beat until smooth.
2 Gradually add in the anchovy essence (extract) and black pepper.
3 Beat well until evenly blended.
4 Shape into a long roll.
5 In a foil, wrap the roll and pack in a freezer bag.
6 Seal the pack, label and freeze.

SERVING
7 Remove the wrappings and using a knife dipped in hot water, cut the frozen butter into slices.
8 Serve on canapes, or with poached fish.
