Soup-Baked Fish Fillets au Gratin
|Breaded fish fillets||14 Ounce|
|Melted butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Condensed tomato soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Arrange fillets in shallow baking dish; spread portions with melted butter.
Sprinkle lightly with pepper.
Bake in very hot oven (500°F) until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 25 minutes.
Spoon soup, combined with parsley, over fillets; sprinkle with cheese.
Return to oven 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Garnish with cucumber slices.
