Quick Smoked Fish Pate

Ingredients
  Smoked mackerel fillets/Trout fillets 225 Gram, flaked
  Natural yogurt 150 Gram
  Margarine 50 Gram
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Dried dill 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh chives 1 Tablespoon
  Horseradish sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) To make a textured pare, put all the ingredients in a bowl and use your hands to mix together well.
2) Put the mixture in a container and chill till it is required.
3) In order to make a smooth pate, mix together all the ingredients with a hand blender or food processor. Chill till required.

SERVING
4) Serve the pate as a side dish. Goes really well with melba toast.
