Oven Fish Fry

Ingredients
  Sole fillets 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Skim milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried onion flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Dry bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (2 Bread Slices)
  Dry mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the oven to 400°F.
2) Coat the bottom of a baking pan with butter.

MAKING
3) In a bowl, mix together milk, salt, onion flakes and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
4) In a small plate, mix together crumbs, mustard and paprika.
5) Plunge the fish in the milk mixture and then roll in the crumb mixture.
6) Coat the fish on both the sides.
7) Place the fish in the baking tray.
8) Bake for 15 minutes or until the fish easily with a fork.

SERVING
9) Place the hot fish on a flat serving plate, and serve with a lemon wedge and tartar sauce if desired.
